Summer Programs
Finding a safe and quality summer camp program is important. Consider the following when researching summer camp programs:
- Ask any camp you are considering for your child whether they conduct FBI criminal background checks (using fingerprints) on all employees.
- Or pick a camp that operates year-round as a child care site or within a school setting. Under law, those programs are already required to conduct FBI fingerprint checks.
